Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, California

The signature brambly berry fruit with spice-coconut-dill scents from aging in American oak is lovely young, but the wine is also known for aging.  Great with pasta Amatriciana (with Pecorino, bacon & tomato).
