Important Shipping Information
All goods are shipped from American Canyon, CA.

The First Step – Item Availability and Processing Time
Most items are available immediately.  If your order will not be shipped within 2 business days, you will receive an email or phone call from our customer service department describing the cause of the delay and be given a new projected shipping date. If the new delivery schedule is not acceptable, you can cancel the order for a complete refund.

Most orders placed by  10:00 am (Pacific) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed the same day, and no later than the following business day.

Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is Ground Delivery service. Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 4 – 7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Overnight & Express Shipping
Overnight Shipping and Express Shipping (via 2nd-Day Air) is available for additional shipping charges. During the check out process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental U.S. will be posted.

Order Tracking:
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number so that you can track the package directly with the carrier.  If needed, please contact Customer Support for further order tracking information.

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. We strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Having your order shipped to your work address provide all the following benefits:

  • Your Order May Arrive Earlier – Commercial Address Deliveries for all levels of service typically arrive earlier in the day than at residential addresses.
  • You Won’t Need to Worry About Missed Delivery Attempts –

All deliveries will occur before 4:30 on a business day.

  • You Will Experience Fewer Driver Errors –

Drivers know their commercial routes like the back of their hands (if not better). Fewer driver delivery errors occur with deliveries to commercial addresses.

  • Your Orders Won’t Be Left Un-Attended

Drivers make a judgment call as to the relative security of your packages left on front porches and similar locations. A work address eliminates possible problems with package theft or damage.

We hope you will love The ONE stemware! If for any reason the stems do not work for you, we want to make it easy and save you the hassle of packaging and posting a return. As such, we will refund your purchase price of the stemware, less shipping and a re-stocking fee of $15 per 4-pack or $10 per 2-pack. To arrange your refund, call 1-317-ONE-WINE and give us your order number, and the items for which you are requesting a refund. It’s that easy!
