King Estate Signature Collection Pinot Gris, Oregon

The best OR Pinot Gris I have had in years!  The scent is honeyed Asian pears and fresh fennel with a hint of waxiness.  The juicy pear fruit and hint of ginger on the palate were a blast to pair with everything from grilled shrimp to heirloom tomatoes and basil.
