Domaine Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy, France

A benchmark white Burgundy, pricey because there is so little made.  The wine always shows notes of wet stones, lemon, chamomile and white flowers, touched with just a whiff of exotic coconut and honey.  Great with seared scallops in brown butter
sauce or for total decadence, truffled risotto.
