Catena Zapata Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendoza, Argentina

Argentina's blue chip Cab, showing the pen ink, violet and tar scents which to me are classic to Argentina.  It's packed with deep dusty-cocoa and cassis.  In Mendoza they'd pair it with local grass-fed beef!
