In Pursuit of Balance was created by Sommelier Raj Parr, vintner Jasmine Hirsch, and Chef Michael Mina to highlight California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines devoted to the pure and subtle expression of terroir and character, unmasked by heavy oak and high alcohol.
