Robert Mondavi Pinot Noir, Los Carneros, California

One of my newest Delta picks and one of the top wines coming out of the Mondavi stable.  I love the yin-yang of savory-sweet notes – fennel seed, black licorice, roasted plum – and the syrupy-seductive texture.  A stunning match with Moroccan-spiced lamb.
