Marques de Riscal Rueda (mar-KESS deh ree-SCAHL roo-AY-duh), Spain

This wine put Rueda (the region name) on the map, and now this white made from the local Verdejo grape is on fire.  Riscal's key lime and kiwi fruit, without oak flavor, makes it a great food partner:  salads, ceviche, goat cheese, garlicky pastas and Spanish chorizo.
