Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé, Provence, France

Expensive for rosé, but this is the famous Provencal classic: faded onion-skin color, pomegranate fruit, white pepper and savory herb notes, plus lots of refreshing acidity.  It's tailor-made for Nicoise salad.
