Medoc style par excellence:  pencil dust, cedar, leafy earthiness, blackcurrant fruit and a mocha finish.  I chose this for Delta to please the winegeeks, but newbies will love it, too. Pairs with all but the lightest fish dishes, and be sure to keep a splash in your glass for the cheese course!
